Thus began the 150 year tradition of Republicans sitting on their hands and saying "We can't"
When in reality, they mean "We won't".
The Democrats couldn’t make them permanent when they were in charge.
“Working together” means them dictating their own terms.
You don’t get to set terms Shmucky. Elections have consequences.
“All McConnell had to do was threaten Murkowski, Collins, and Capito with pulling their committee chairmanships and ending pork to their states. They would have supported full repeal so fast your head would spin.”
And therein lies the reality. If he/they were truly serious, he would have done just that. He’d know that that was needed. IMHO they do not want it repealed. Not even one single component. Uniparty to the death.
Arrogant, useless, commie PR@@K. Just like Obamacare, and how the Repubs were treated??? Hopefully Trump will tell these Marxists what they can do with their ideas.

The so called Affordable care act a/k/a 0bamacare should be stricken from the history books in 5 years. Just like the Pharaoh did with the name of Moses.
Although, Pharaoh missed a few.

Yup, exactly
“...”there is a thirst” among Republicans to work with Democrats on reforming Obamacare...”
With MaCain and a couple yes. Among the majority and among the people, the thirst is for repeal. Make no mistake about it.

What you say is true. But Mitch does not want obamacare repealed. He only wants the voters of Kentucky to believe that he does on election day. The question is whether he will be able to fool them once more. The evidence suggests that he will.
I’d go the other route. Healthcare coverage for disaster coverage only. If people can afford the latest iphone 6 with the Verizon unlimited plan, with HBO + 200 channels, they can afford a $60 visit to the box doctor for the flu.
I would hope that any capitulation in the Senate to anything satisfactory to Schumer would be DOA in the House. Let ObummerCare go down the toilet on its own with the Dims “owning it”.
Some nerve. After the Dems actually changed the lock on the door so GOP couldn’t get in when they were conjuring up Obamacare.
RATS bought clean into CINC’s deception. Now the D-10 treatment begins... this is actually a surrender move.
democRats are in power, Reublicans are in office.
Screw you Schumer. No deal. Losers don’t dictate terms. Forget about it.
Schumer can shove ObamaCare up his Liberal rectum! Likewise, McLame can shove ObamaCare up his treasonous rectum which could be the smirk on his bottom-feeding face.
