I think he's making some bad personnel decisions like: 1. appointing McMasters.

2. allowing a special prosecutor.

3. appointing Mueller.

4. not firing McCabe.

This lays the groundwork for:

1. not keeping these spy agencies honest.

2. continued leaks.

3. impeachment.

If Trump doesn't see that by now there's no helping him. Impeachment is what he will get.
