Well geez - not too hard to figure out what happened by this picture
Little boy gets a new baby sister(the one on the right is actually a girl) - new baby sister suddenly gets most of the attention - little boy now wants little girl clothes because he thinks that will bring some of the attention(and love) back - possibly this stems from mommy loving the fact that she now has a baby girl so she unknowingly gives the new baby girls too much attention and as far as the little boy is concerned, mommy doesn't love HIM anymore.
Sadly, I have a niece and her daughter that act similar. Hundreds of pics of their little girlson facebook, tens of pics the little boys. Man hatred is rampant and the men of the families are too stupid or scared to bring it up.

I think suicide is more likely for the young boy.
The cultural powers are really pushing this. Sensible adults need to learn to defend their children. If a child going to school is a bit twitchy, the school will push for him to be diagnosed as ADHD and drugged. If a child is different from any “gender” stereotype, the school will be saying he or she is “trans” and pushing for cross-dressing and hormone injections.

You are likely correct. Suicide and then society will be blamed for not supporting the young adult’s trans-formation.

With little children, it’s always the parent(s) openly pushing it while pretending it’s the child’s idea. With teens/young adults, serious abuse and neglect are generally factors.
Someone on a thread mentioned a similarity with eating disorders, and I agree. It’s a way of saying, “I’m in distress! Pay attention!” that is influenced by cultural factors and now, of course, social media.
