Damore’s ten-page manifesto, which was met by an immediate backlash, described a climate of fear, in which employees who challenge prevailing leftist narratives at the company are faced with immediate threats to their career. Damore’s own experience appears to confirm this.
Breitbart News is exclusively publishing a series of interviews with current and former Google employees who contacted us in the wake of the manifesto’s publication.
The interview series, entitled “Rebels of Google,” will be published in full over the coming days. Because every employee who spoke to us fears for their job if their identities were made public, we have provided aliases in place of their real names.
In the first interview of the series, a Google employee (alias “Hal”) spoke of witch-hunts and intolerance at Google, as well as dysfunction at the company’s upper echelons.
Our second interview, published below, is the account of a former Google engineer (alias “Emmett”) who spent several years at the company. You can find a full transcript of our interview here.
We asked Emmett if he could corroborate allegations that employees within Google’s Ad Sales department have expressed “a great deal of sympathy” with the Sleeping Giants campaign, which has sought to deny ad revenue to alternative media sites including Breitbart News and The Rebel Media.

This, combined with their early mantra of “Do no evil” should tell you all you need to know about the supposed morals - and hypocrisy - of their upper management.
The thing to take note of when using Google is the content it is linking you to. This was especially noticeable during the election. Even though it is giving you plenty of conservative results is it negative or positive content they are linking you to? This is the algorithm to heed when using Google.

Maybe this is for homework lookup, where they tell the 3rd and 4th graders that there were some notable black scientists. I don’t know how they rank the presentation—maybe by request. A lot of kids are given homework to research black scientists. Still, indoctrination.

I did also but I am not real happy with the results. My business searches are not to my liking. Example: I looked for a specific business in a town nearby and their website did not appear until pages later...tho I was innundated with manta and yellow pages sites...

The diversity thing hit MIT years ago. When I was a student there long ago, women made up about 2 percent of the student body. In the 1980s came the push to enroll more women and minorities. MIT may have lowered or changed admission standards to greatly increase the number of women and minority students. As I remember, some on the MIT faculty then complained that the students could no longer do the work required in their courses.
Apparently, fewer women than men have extremely high mathematical ability. And more men than women have extremely low mathematical ability. Those differences may be related to the y-chromosome that men have and women don't. Such genetic difference between men and women might explain why more males go into fields like computer programming. And it is a fair question: should Google force diversity in a field where genetics favors one sex more than the other? Shouldn't a company, or a university for that matter, base their hiring or admissions and promotions on ability and demonstrated performance?
Why does anyone still use google? I certainly never use it.

Emmitt and his merry band of normal people should screw up Google’s code system to the sky. Let the SJWs fix it. Let Google know leftism’s variety of harassment and hate is not profitable. Leaking important info is a good thing too. They should do all they can to make Google sorry it chose communism.
