The uber-wealthy cannot close California's beaches.

Now, open up the beaches at Hollister Ranch.

I’m surprised that California didn’t require such easements in deeds to beachfront property. Why was there ever a conflict about what ought to be done?

Wow, Half Moon Bay was my favorite. I wrote a song about Bean Hollow Bay, just down the coast. I don’t know how Half Moon could be closed in the first pace.

Cali Elitists.

There’s not a chunk of land ANYWHERE in Flyover Country that DOESN’T have SOME sort of ‘easement’ to allow others access to lakes or crop lands or hunting grounds.

But since it’s CALIFORNIA, you fecktards are SO SPECIAL in your own minds that you can’t share the land with others for common use.

“OMG! SOMEONE is WALKING across MY BEACH at Sunset! They’re totally RUINING MY VIEW as I sit on my deck and drink Chardonnay!”

I mean, are you NOT Communists first and foremost? Communism = Community!

But NOT when it comes to ocean front property, I guess.

*SNORT*
