Let's Be Clear, The Car-Ramming Incident was not "Terrorism."
08/12/2017 | Myself

Posted on 08/12/2017 9:56:03 PM PDT by Greetings_Puny_Humans

I was shocked reading a number of posts today about the incident in Virginia, specifically about the car crash incident. It seems to some that that car crash was the entire sum of the protest.

Naturally it is now being used as a weapon against Conservatism, so it is necessary to begin to think clearly about what actually occurred and what we shouldn't be agreeing with the media on.

The Federales are even launching a "Civil Rights" investigation over what the media is calling an act of "terrorism":

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/bloggers/3576716/posts?page=18#18

When you have the Feds coming in to investigate whether civil rights were violated over a simple murder, at best, you know they and the Deep State are going full in to attack Conservatives and crush us completely. It is also telling us that BLM and ANTIFA represent a protected class of society that will receive EXTRA protection from the powers that be, over and above what can be expected to occur if one of US was injured or even killed by one of them. They have rights we simply do not have.

Take a look at this documentary on The Knockout Game, a "game" where whites were disproportionately targeted to be attacked for the sake of causing white people injury, and for no other reason:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y1e0GVeS9pg

Now tell me something. Take the time to watch that one hour video.

Was there a single case where a white guy was sucker punched by a black guy, maybe even died from it, that the Feds jumped in and filed a civil rights charge? LOL

But get this: BLM can riot, Black Panthers can riot, La Raza can march and even spread straight up hate speech against white people as a race and the nation itself, but they can burn and loot for DAYS and STILL not have a single damn thing happen to them. No civil rights cases. No national guard (at least not right away). No shutting down a protest before it even begins after receiving federal permission to have it.

You need to understand this dynamic, and the only way we're going to be victorious here is if we: 1) point it out, 2) stop agreeing with the Left's characterizations of the event.

Let me be very clear. Assuming the Dodge driver wasn't insane or left wing, it was NOT an "act of terrorism." ANTIFA and BLM were getting into street fights with the White Nationalist folks after the police illegally declared the protest an "illegal assembly" and began funneling Nazis--people who think the holocaust didn't happen but should have--into crowds of BLM and ANTIFA who think little old ladies who vote Trump should be raped to death. Exactly what did the authorities expect to happen? There were people bloodied up pretty good on both sides. There were BLM people surrounding 1 or 2 people and smashing people in the head. There was a black guy with his face all bloody.

I'm not saying a deliberate charging of a car into people isn't murder, but it was clearly part of what was clearly a type of low level mutual warfare--parts of which were clearly the fault of the incompetent Democratic governor of Virginia and his leftwing henchmen in the city who decided that Nazis have no free speech rights.

This wasn't a Palestinian driving into a crowd of people on their way to work. Cars were being attacked by ANTIFA. Rocks thrown. Destruction and mayhem everywhere.

Folks, don't let the media milk this incident so they can brag about white people being terrorists for the next 6 months.

This demonstration and the counter-demonstration were a put up job.

I agree with that.

Open question,
I believe I heard on TV the Police Chief, say the women that was killed, was hit by the car in its reverse travel?
Not that it changes her death!

This is your response to me clarifying that homicide includes both involuntary as well as voluntary homicide?

The fact that you think a federal trial (on what grounds? deprivation of civil liberties) would follow a state trial (on a charge ranging from involuntary manslaughter to murder in the first degree) means you either don’t know what you’re talking of, or your think the state won’t obtain a conviction.

To my knowledge, the suspect has not yet been charged. This indicates that the police are still gathering information so as to determine to what crime the evidence points.

Klan-RAT David Duke is no more of a Republican than Suzy Collins.

You're right. He's not.

When an evil killer runs a car into a crowd and he's white the first thing the press does is connect him to every conservative group that's ever expressed dissatisfaction with democrat victim groups and their tactics... In short the race card is played against all conservative Americans for days... a hatefeast happens in the press.

When a Muslim or Black person commits a hate crime the first thing the press states is, “ The killer doesn't represent the group’... The press offers protection for the group the killer might be identified with... Muslim, black, illegals, whatever... They do this every time.. except when the killer can be used to damage conservative Americans.

Then the press paints with a broad brush.

Hatred, bigotry, and violence are only roundly condemned by the press when the victim is a member of a democrat left-wing group and the killer can be used against Conservative Americans. It's sick of our hateful bigoted press to use their power in this way.

Yes, I condemn the killer. Yes, I condemn the KKK, and yes, I condemn the American press for ginning up hatred against my group: conservative Americans who NEVER would back a person running a car into citizens or any humans because of political differences.

I believe in free speech.

I do not believe in violence... by ANY group. Not the thugs at Berkeley, rioters in Baltimore, mass murderer at Fort Hood or the killer in Charlottesville. Hatred is hatred... and MSM one sided bias is evil...

It means that this case is so big that not only will the state prosecute, but there are federal prosecutors waiting in the wings to file charges.

I would agree it applies to ANTIFA pepper spraying people in the streets.

Is that the dead girl? She’s alive at 1:12 and her hair seems too short at 2:09.

They’re doing CPR on another woman at 7:28, but she seems to be a different size than the dead girl.

Happy birthday George Soros Aug 12. He got the present he wanted -- a crime he can blame on Trump and everyone who supports him.

One thing that bothers me is that too many people are reading the driver's mind. What if he is just crazy or he made an initial mistake (for example he was distracted by the leftist rioters beating on his car, and crashed into a stopped car and a pedestrian) and then accidentally killed someone while trying to escape? We don't know what he was thinking. Looks like he committed a crime, but was it political, or something else?

If this was in fact a "hate crime," as you said, The killer doesn't represent the group.

In general, the federal government cannot prosecute somebody for the same crime that the person faced in a state court. This is why I parenthetically asked, on what charge would this person face in federal court. If he is charged with, let’s say, aggravated vehicular homicide in Virginia, this crime might not even exist under federal law (except in D.C., on a military base, etc.). Even if this crime existed at the federal level, a person could not face a second trial (in federal court) for that particular crime. In the rare instances that the Federal government tries a person for something like a crime a person faced in state court, the federal government makes a new charge. I gave the example of denying a person their civil liberty. See the below reference. But, hey, you’re the constitutional scholar. You figure out what the federal charge would be.

When the Feds come in to investigate, it tells us that BLM and ANTIFA represent a "protected liberal class" that will receive EXTRA protection under US laws; they have rights we simply do not have.

Excellent point.

TALKING POINTS---taxpayers demand that constitutionally-guaranteed "equal protection laws" be enforced fairly. Equal protection laws mandate that one group of Americans should not be given favoritism over another group.

Yep. They can loot, steal and burn down neighborhoods.
And they pay no price for it. No one investigates. No one goes
to jail. And no civil action is ever taken to hold the anarchists
accountable.

This is a joke. There was no “Unite the Right”, it was a bunch of Nazi Leftists, even the poster they showed advertising it was Nazi iconography. I saw no Conservatives, Republicans, or respected people of the right participating in the event or had their names affiliated with it.

As someone said the other day, this has the earmarks of a Soros or Soros-affiliated astroturfing event. Yesterday was Soros’s birthday, too. A nice little gift for or to him in order to try to paint President Trump as a supporter of leftist Nazi scum from an evil Nazi collaborator and convicted felon.
