Just curious if you see how federal Employment laws obviate the First Amendment.

Look if you don’t believe me talk to any Human Resources department in a business.

Our Rights is what the Government can’t do to us.

A business can certainly fire you for your speech. That’s why you never discuss politics, sex or religion in the office. Furthermore, if you live in a “Right to work” State, the business can fire you for anything.

The fact that you do not know this, tells me you have never worked for a corporation.

“Obviate” is a lovely word, being rare and specific. Most of us need to look it up before using it. Did you really mean “make unnecessary” ?
