It’s obvious that Trump will soon stop the payments if nothing is done on ObamaCare so the insurance companies must either withdraw or set their 2018 price assuming they will have to cover all the costs of ObamaCare without government bailouts.
If Trump stops paying Congress will just pass a law funding it and making the payments legal. No good option here. The beltway sewer is totally out of control.
