Seemed like he had absolute power to control immigration when he felt it became a National Security issue...They stopped him in his tracks on that one...
Their are liberal Law Professers out there who are insisting that the Presidential Pardon of Arpaio doesn't fit the Constitutional perrogative of the President... Point is, they obviously don't have to worry about the law...They pick a judge to stop the process and the Country folds...
It will be easy enough to find a judge that quash the pardon. It doesn’t matter what the Constitution or law may say about a presidential pardon...it only matters what a judge says is the meaning.
