Right to serve- no one has the RIGHT to serve.
They don’t let people who have had concussions fly airplanes in the military. Why should they let people in the military who can’t deploy due to the 9- to 10-month recovery time from surgery and frequent medication updates?
In the military, the ONLY “right” you have is to FOLLOW EVERY M*****F*****G ORDER YOU ARE GIVEN!!!
These leftist idiots think that people “invent” new genders and these made up genders are something protected by “civil rights” instead of illness acting out needing medical and mental assistance.
The military does not need people obsessed with cosmetic surgery that will disable them in many ways.

Not if you’re mentally, emotionally, morally or physically unfit. If you are mentally or emotionally disturbed because of your natural gender or otherwise too stupid to know if you are male or female, you are unfit.
No one has a constitutional right to serve in the military. If there is a “Constitutional right to serve” then that covers any and all citizens including the aged and the paraplegic. As soon as it is a “Constitutional right” it gets loaded with all the legislated equal treatment laws. The Army would eventually be required to make battlefields wheelchair safe. There are many judges that would go along with every bit of that. In a Clinton presidency the DoJ wuld decline to defend against such lawsuits and they would become law.
We have slipped very far.

Washington State and Maryland cherry picked Judges. Both locations had Judges that ruled against Travel Ban. I think they thought Hawaii was too obvious.
