The thing that keeps being left out of this story is that the police were in a pursuit of another car and a police car hit this elderly man who was not involved. This mad was burned in the accident and was unconscious at the hospital.

What I think the LEO was trying to do is get a blood sample and spike it to fail to make the accident LEO, maybe himself, the victim in the crash and to frame the crash victim.

This bad cop deserves to be doing 20 to life if it can be proven he was going to spike the blood sample and frame the innocent victim for the crash.

The rest is bad; but framing an innocent old man who was laying in the hospital unconscious is simply inhuman.

I liked the part of the video where the nurse is calmly reading the agreement between the hospital and the police for the conditions in which she would be authorized to draw blood. Of course the police officer had a 'red mist' episode and dragged her out to stuff into the police car.

The 'dumb ass' (another technical term) office did not realize that the nurse was protecting the office's case. If she had draw blood outside of the agreement, then a judge would have thrown the case out!
