Homer Simpson might say,
“It takes two people to seize.
One to grab and one to let go.”
A pathetic Congress let go.

Common sense would say anything one POTUS does should be able to be undone by the next one. Of course in a political context common sense died a slow painful death over the last 15 years.

DACA Was Only One Part of Obama's Seizure of Congressional Power The idea Obama had to seize Congressional power is rather laughable, when you realize McConnell and Ryan wrapped it up nicely and gifted it to him
When he left, they assumed power once again, and haven't done Tiddly Winks with it since.

“President Obama himself stated twenty-two times that he has no authority over issues of immigration”.
POS Obama is a smooth, jive talking hustler bastard who is a master of using Taqiyya and the ignorance of the majority of people.

Obama liked to p*ss on the Constitution. The GOP kept their tail between the legs and the Supreme Court might as well deem the Constitution UN-Constitutional.

And Mitchell and Ryan didn’t do squat. Who is more to blame? Obama or the people that let him get away with it.

Can’t the mandated spending be undone by Congress?
This is a good article, aside from the fact that subject and verb are supposed to agree.

Their collusion to violate the Constitution is why they must go.

The DACA program was started when on November 20, 2014 President Obama issued an Executive Order. There was no Executive Order. There was no Presidential Memorandum, There was speech, televised live, on November 20, 2014. In the speech, he said:
Now heres the thing: We expect people who live in this country to play by the rules. We expect that those who cut the line will not be unfairly rewarded. So were going to offer the following deal: If youve been in America for more than five years; if you have children who are American citizens or legal residents; if you register, pass a criminal background check, and youre willing to pay your fair share of taxes -- youll be able to apply to stay in this country temporarily without fear of deportation. You can come out of the shadows and get right with the law. Thats what this deal is.
He left it to Janet Reno to issue a policy memorandum. That's much like the "Dear Colleague" memo issued by the Office for Civil Rights told to more than 7,000 colleges, saying to use a lower standard of evidence in Title IX case. Completely extra-legal.

I hate to bother you, but DACA is referred to as both ILLEGAL and UNCONSTITUTIONAL.
Is there a good page/article to read about this?

No one. It is not because Obama wrote a law, which only Congress can do. That is also why it is illegal.
I just wanted to find a good source to bring this into what people are saying.
Congress should fix this. If not, deport them.
