I understand the situation. The President of the United States is the Attorney General’s boss. He can order the investigation reopened if he wants. And he can get a new AG if he wants. Heck, he could appoint Cruz. As much as the RINOs dislike Ted, they’d be THRILLED to get him out of the Senate.

And there are many other fine candidates he could nominate. If he wants the person confirmed, he can get it done IF he fights hard enough.
