Not much of a stretch to assume the WTC would be attacked again. The WTC was bombed in 1993 by the Blind Sheik, who was admitted into the US by the GHW Bush Administration despite being a known terrorist. He was even given a ‘green card’.
Without Colonel Rick Riscorla the casualties on 9/11 would have been double, over 5,000.
My dad was friends with him as well as General Moore.
