Judge: Shkreli’s offer to pay a $5,000 bounty for a Hillary Clinton hair was ‘solicitation of an assault’
NEW YORK — Former pharmaceuticals company CEO Martin Shkreli had his bail revoked and was headed to jail Wednesday while awaiting sentencing for a securities fraud conviction.
A judge heard arguments about whether the provocative online antics of Shkreli, dubbed the Pharma Bro, were bad enough to put him behind bars and decided to have him taken into custody immediately.

We sentence men to confinement, not to be raped.
Unless and until we pass laws allowing judges to sentence men to anal rape, we shouldn’t allow it to happen. It is an offense so grievous that even demons are nauseated at the thought.
What will tweak the libtatds is to issue full pardon to this guy. I find him amusing and perfect weapon against the left and against socialism.
Only free men have the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. The criminals in prison, don’t. They have the right not to face cruel and unusual punishment; sentencing them to confinement with fellow criminals is not cruel or unusual. Also, judges don’t sentence anyone to “ anal rape”. This isn’t Shariah.
