"All-star pitcher" Noah Syndergaard wasn't an all-star this year. In fact, he was injured for most of the season after an episode that describes the sorry state of the New York Mets perfectly: He reported some arm pain early in the season, but refused to undergo an MRI and insisted that he was OK to pitch. After getting shelled in his next start, an MRI revealed a torn muscle in his bicep and he was placed on the 60-day disabled list. I wonder what kind of "karma" was at work there, Noah?

Too bad he's come out as an idiot. Before his injury he was a dominant pitcher who could go up against anyone in the major leagues in a big game.

Ah, so the “established theory” includes a karma component.

Noah Syndergaard? Never heard of him. But I’m sure he’s an important guy well versed in planetary atmospheric physics and should be listened to.

Great, now the leftist progs can destroy baseball with the same verve they are destroying football. Does he plan to take a knee during the National Anthem, too? Maybe he’ll get beaned by a conservative pitcher next time he’s at the plate (does NL still allow its pitchers to bat)?

Congratulations leftists, there’s no corner of America left untouched by your daily malevolent vitriol.

Maybe DeGrom will talk some sense into him.

Hit the showers Noah! Try again next year.

If only we hadn’t pulled out of the Paris Accord. Then we wouldn’t have been hit by Irma and Harvey.

"Another useful idiot"

Its Climate Week so others are also making announcements.

M%M(Mars Co) is kicking off an ad campaign to promote wind power to coincide with climate week. They buy a lot of wind power in Texas and Scotland.

Also announcing for Climate Week are Nike, Gap, Guess, Levi Strauss, Adobe Systems, Nokia, & Hewlett Packard. They have joined a group of other corps lowering CO2 and eliminating pollution.

Nobody wants to be called a dirty goddamned polluter, like republicans and freepers. You need to change the name here to Free Polluters Republic.

Leave Noah alone. He is a good pitcher, he can speak his mind.

He’s probably a Jeb Bush/George Bush Republican.

The Mets are tanking, I would rather have the Yankees sing him once he is a free agent.

And I could say that Syndergaard’s torn muscle was “Karma”, too.

Two can play that game.

All-Star pitcher Noah Syndergaard is criticizing President Trump for pulling out of the Paris Climate Accord, suggesting the series of damaging hurricanes slamming the U.S. may be “karma.”

Of course, we must both listen to and respect what he says - after all, he has a PhD in Climatol...oh, nevermind, he only finished high school.

Everyone has the right to their opinion - just as everyone else has the right to dismiss that opinion if it is coming from someone that faces a significant challenge in differentiating between shit and Shinola, much less has no particular expertise in the subject about which they are expounding. Noah may be a nice and well-meaning guy, and he throws a WICKED fastball, but I prefer to get my climate science from an actual climatologist.
