For Heaven’s sake, ditch the revolver and get a semi-automatic. You’ll be much better protected.
Catch me, I got the vapors and I'm fidna swoon.
Unless he handled it irresponsibly, so what? I doubt he’s been death-threat-free all these years; he’d better be armed.
But did he admit to being a witch or not?
(I hope it’s too late for this to be turned into one of “those” moments!)
So what?....Everytime you walk the streets of Birmingham, Alabama, after the sun goes down in the evening, you take your life in your own hands. Second Amendment says it’s OK and legal, too!!! Good for you Judge!!!
I like the cut of his jib!
You don’t leave any shells behind.
Looks like he held it in a safe manner - story doesn’t put context to it - wonder why.....

Well he won’t be able to do that in the Senate office building or in the Capitol.
I think we are all missing a very important point.
This gentleman needs a holster appropriate to his soon to be elective office.
I think it is a matter of state pride that the holster makers of Alabama, of which there are several, creates quality holsters for their high elected officials.
There should be a way of doing so openly, without creating any impression of impropriety or conflict of interest.
Perhaps as a donation to the state, through the state legislature and the governor, with the intention that such things are gifts *from the state* to their new senator.
In all fairness, a senator should get a complete set of boots and spurs, riding tack, a gun belt, open and concealed carry holster, revolver, pistol and rifle, and a hat appropriate to his state. All elaborately decorated as befits the office.
