IIRC, the To President has already ordered the government not to collect any more tax penalties shortly after taking office.

My daughter was in a job where her she had to get Previousinhabitantcare. She was automatically subsidized enough where the insurance was cheaper than the penalty so she got it. Of course, with a $5,000 deductible she just completely wasted her money.
