Airlines have become “long hanging fruit” when it comes to being public punching bags, though that is too bad as they are likely right as often, or more often, than they are wrong.

I think the Dim showed her colors, her Liberal, I am superior colors, when she made her disagreement with the airline a personal, defaming argument with the pilot. She likely had to stoop to personal character assassination as her logical arguments, if she had any, were toothless.

If she had already gotten rid of her middle seat assignment at the kiosk, she would have had a new boarding pass... and no reason to talk to the people at the gate at all.
