WASHINGTON — Three people were killed and two critically injured in a shooting at a Maryland business park north of Baltimore Wednesday morning.
The shooting occurred at a business in the Emmorton Business Park in Edgewood, Maryland, and police continue to search for the shooter, who officials identified as Radee L. Prince, 37.
The five victims were believed to all be employees of Advanced Granite Solutions, which Harford County Sheriff Jeff Gahler said was targeted by the shooter.
“There’s an individual out there on the loose who committed one of the most henious acts we’ve ever seen in our county,” Gahler said.
Investigators believe that the shooter had some association with the business but did not know if he had worked there. They went to a home in Cecil County looking for the shooter, but did not find him. He is believed to be driving a black Chevy Acadia with Delaware license plates.
Shock Trauma in Baltimore reported that it is treating two patients from the shooting and said they were in critical condition.

Prince had several prior arrests and run-ins with law enforcement, court records show.
In December 2003, he pleaded guilty in Delaware to 15 counts of third-degree burglary and was sentenced to 25 years with all but two years suspended, court records show. He was ordered to pay $34,500 in restitution, the records show.
He was charged with several handgun counts in March 2015 in Cecil County, including being a felon in possession of a firearm and carrying a handgun in vehicle; those charges were dropped by Cecil County prosecutors about three months later.
Already against the law. Maryland is a giant criminal empowerment zone. BTW, I’m about 5 miles from the scene. Harford County has a good sheriff. They will nail this scum
This right here is the problem Plea dealing with gun charges. Federal Law is 10 years mandatory for felon in possession. This would help crime IF these charges were prosecuted!!!!
