The Anti-Bigotry Amendment would permanently establish a federal agency that investigates inequities and punishes institutional and individual discriminators. This Department of Equity would repair inequities caused by past discrimination. It would be charged with building a nation of equal opportunity where only the diverse materials of merit pave the roadway toward success. This is the only equitable path toward a healthy U.S. democracy, Kendi also wrote--George Orwell is turning over in his grave---

Applied equally, that would ban “rap” music.
However, we both know that their idea of “incitement of bigotry” is just disagreeing with them.

Since anything can be interpreted as racist, it would effectively ban all speech.

“a constitutional amendment to ban inequality and racist speech.”
So, Maxine Waters, Frederica Johnson, Barbara Jordan, John Lewis, Clyburn, Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, Ni-Tihese Whatever, Luis Gutierrez, Raul Grijalva, et al., et nauseum will be banned?
Hallelujah!

No doubt he would have movies and television shows made many years ago heavily censored or banned altogether (like even the “MASH” episode “The General Flipped at Dawn” or even Mel Gibson’s “The Patriot”) because of one group or another taking offence.

Wow!
Just how did so many ignorant people get into responsible positions?
The right of free speech is not there to protect speech we agree with, but protect speech we may find offensive.
The reason there are few restrictions on “free speech” (and there should be even fewer) is once you allow the government to decide what is and what is not appropriate then you lost free speech altogether.

For students, algebra, trigonometry, and likely most serious science courses would be removed from curriculums.

All group inequities would be banned and only merit would count? I say we take him up on it, ban all affirmative action and set aside programs and go to race-neutral, merit based hiring and promotion across the board.
