He worked there for a couple of months. He found out about the job from a neighbor of Ruth Paine, Marina’s friend, benefactor.

There are many problems with the 6th floor sniper’s nest and shots.

Other employees spotted him on the first floor within minutes of the shooting. He has to have run up six floors, take the rifle from hiding, reassemble it, go to the nest and catch his breath enough to make world class shots. This guy was a Superman.

Then there is the testimony of his boss that immediately after the shooting he and a cop saw him in the second floor lunch room drinking a coke exhibiting no evidence of being winder or excited. Unless he was a lizard he would be exhilarated at accomplishing his goal at a minimum.

Then there is the lack of time to construct the Sniper’s Nest given it involved moving 50 lb boxes of books, too many to use quickly without aid.

If you want to target someone in a mob scene you would take the tallest guy around, put a distinctive head gear on him and let Oswald go in front.

Like, say, this picture, the man to his right is taller than the others. His tall cowboy hat makes him even more noticeable and he is letting Oswald be completely vulnerable from the front.

Ruby comes out of the crowd at exactly the right moment. Back in the crowd he cannot see where LHO is until he spots the cowboy hat and moves toward it and Oswald like radar.

The picture of Oswald with a rifle and Communist literature makes me think of an ante-Antifa member. Same Communism, different eras.

or because it would illustrate your moral relativism in regards to justice and time. you have yet to distinguish your thinking from that of a lyncher.

Was Hitler guilty of war crimes? Or innocent until proven guilty?

Really your posts are some of the most rediculous I’ve seen here. I’m supposed to be a lyncher because I weight the evidence before me and come to the conclusion that Lee Harvey Oswald killed JFK? If you cannot discern the difference between a conversation about a suspect who’s been dead for over half a century, which carries no legal weight and offers no punishment besides public opinion, and a live one today who is entitled to due process of law, then you have issues larger than I can address over the internet.

hitler as commander in chief was a war combatant. and anyway, he (allegedly) committed suicide. (but back to LHO, who was a civilian and a suspect in police custody when he was assassinated...)

you did more than give an opinion.

you asserted LHO was guilty.

you did this without the benefit of a trial.

how is this different from the rationale of a lynch mob.

when justice is concerned, the time variable is not relevant.

innocent until proven guilty (no expiration date, no invalidation upon death of the accused)

understand?

This is laughable. Was John Wilkes Booth guilty?

Were Larry Phillips, Jr. and Emil Mătăsăreanu guilty of bank robbery?

back to LHO, if you do not mind, as LHO is mentioned in this thread as the topic, do you approve executions of suspects while in custody without trial and ex post facto assertions of guilt of the victim? it seems as if you are unable to answer that because instead of answering, you always kick up dust. something you learned how to do in the kindergarten playground, perhaps?
