I was at the doc’s and reading an article from the glossy print “Seattle Magazine”. It had an article on how the last moderating person on the city council was retiring. I’m not sure if they called him a conservative - but that was my idea of him at the beginning of the article. Stuff like “a moderating force, swayed by facts - not emotion..” etc.

Middle of the article it said how he came up with the idea to tax guns and ammo in Seattle (passed), has tried to push an income tax, and a bunch of other stuff that could no way be construed as conservative.

But - I guess he was to the right of the gal that got elected running on the Communist Party.
