Apparently no concern about the suicide rate. I dunno, has there been a link established between depression and suicide? /sarc
I had a history of depression when I joined the Marine Corps in the late ‘80s. In fact, that’s probably WHY I joined.
Expect a wave of new PTSD claims.

This is the second announcement of taking in the military people with mental illness. The first was that not withstanding an X or Y chromosome making one a particular sex, disillusion mentally ill see themselves as the opposite sex or some other animal. That was ok— This is no surprised for a military more ready for political correctness that defending the nation.
I would hope the new Secretary of the Army would change this insane policy.

This is the results of 8 years of Obama screwing up the military and being stuck with far too many of his military hires making HORRIBLE decisions.
Self mutilation or the desire for self mutilation, either with our without the benefit of a medical procedure, (i.e. trans gender either pre or post op) should be evidence of a mental disorder and automatically disqualify for military service
Occam’s Razor Answer: We’ve gone hog-wild prescribing antidepressants to teenagers to the point where virtually none of them would get in.

General Keane ecplained this morning. The army has been given the go ahead to get bigger the recruiting goal from last year has gone up by 20k+ from mid 60k to mid 80k.
Thos first year, anyway, they have a waiver to take those with certain mental flags if their doctors will sign they are now ok.
This is still the military leadership promoted by Clintbilly, the Booshes, and Obamanoid. The leaders are mostly concerned training their subordinates in gender-bending. They’ll promote transsexuals and lesbians, but dismiss Christians and “homophobes.”
Trump has started to fix things, but the top levels are pretty bad, as we saw in recent stories about Navy commanders.
If you follow the news and you’re not depressed, there’s something wrong with you.
