The woman with Gloria Allred said today that Roy Moore ate at the restaurant every day. Moore said he was not familiar with the restaurant. Both cannot be true. I find it hard to believe someone ate at the same restaurant every day.
but she has evidence, Moore's signature in her year book sigh..
Actually I know several people who go to the same restaurant daily or almost daily, that is not unusual. When I was in college I worked as a waitress for a while and there were customers that were regulars, as in we saw them nearly every day.
The thing that gets me is this is something that should be easily proven one way or another. The woman is claiming Moore was there every day and he is saying he was not familiar with the restaurant. At best if he was ever there more than once or twice he is not being honest- really if he was ever there at all after saying that it would still look bad for him.
For him to say the opposite of what she said (if indeed he said exactly what is reported) means he better be right. I find it hard to believe he would paint himself into that tight of a corner if he is not being truthful.
He seems to have no wiggle room on this, and it is something that is provable- so where is the evidence he was a regular?
I immediately assume off the top of my head that if Allred is involved it is just a liberal scam. I have been wrong before so I guess I will have to see how this plays out. The way this has all erupted right before the election I am sure it is just political dirty tricks.
