I don’t know the history of the area to the extent you do.
I realize there is a large Arab contingent in Israel, and they do live side by side with Israelis. It’s one of the reasons I resist claiming all Islamic people are evil.
Unfortunately, the percent that is makes up for the rest.
I have no problem with a one state solution. Perhaps that is the best way to end this.
I will have to admit to having the opinion that the Israel Arab conflict will never be settled though.

If there’s no solution, there’s no problem. It’s a defect in western thinking that everything bothersome must have a solution. Some things must simply be lived with and worked with, and hopefully a little improved or at least not made worse.
