I disagree, they know what “truth” is, but they use such terms as weapons.

Those that have an agenda understand the power of HANDS UP DON’T SHOOT. It fits the narrative they are creating that the police are killing innocent blacks. After years of the War on Poverty (and you may say war on education) you have generations of blacks worse off today then they were prior to the Civil Rights movement of the 1960s.

Blacks can become rich and famous in politics, and entertainment and sports as long as they support the progressive agenda. Those that stand up to the left are demonized as “acting white” or called “uncle tom”.

Up to the Civil Rights movement of the 1960s there was a thriving black middle class. Out of wedlock births were lower than whites. Education was the ticket to a better future.

The Great Society destroyed black society in this nation almost as if it was planned. The KKK could not have done as much damage as the Democrat party has done.

So speaking “truth to power” is just a slogan to separate blacks from white culture.

Thats because white kids will listen to rap, white pop, anything. Whereas black kids generally will not listen to white music.

Rap has even infected show music. "Hamilton" is the biggest hit Broadway has seen in years.

Whenever I see ‘Donald Glover,’ I think it’s
‘Danny Glover,’ and think, “Why isn’t he dead, already?”

Has there ever been an industry more determined to commit suicide than the music industry?

I haven’t been paying attention. Is the music industry dying?

One commercial that has me talking back to the TV, is the one that says, “Addiction is a disease,” and, “Addiction is not your fault,” and “You can’t stop without our help.”

“and eliminates a lot of monitor speakers scattered around the stage”

I didn’t know what those things were but I think you’ve told me. They’re speakers pointed at the performers, correct? I can see them being a feedback causer. Why are they needed?

On an entirely different subject, I make modest contributions to FreeRepublic. I’d like some idea of the cost of running it so I can better determine a level of contribution.
