What’s an ‘NFL’? I'm not sure, but it might be the phoenetic or possibly the ebonic spelling of "enn-fill" referring to the late great Gwen Ifill.

Sometimes when I watch a football game it seems somewhat insane. The talking heads talk and report as if football is the most important thing in the entire world. It doesn’t change our lives. We are not learning or discovering anything. It is an escape from day to day reality. Lots of people are discovering other important things when the routine of watching the game is gone.
