Eighteen months after the House of Representatives began gathering evidence that showed unauthorized logins to congressional servers, falsification of purchase orders and other apparent violations, no criminal charges have been filed tied to the House activities of the Pakistani-born Awan family, raising the question of whether authorities take cybersecurity issues seriously even as politicians lament high-profile hacks.

A hacking probe could take time. Yet colleagues with first-hand knowledge of suspicious activity told The Daily Caller News Foundation they have not even been interviewed. There is also no shortage of lesser charges that could appear to apply, and it is unclear why prosecutors haven't pursued them. Potential allegations :

This alone is a monumental unimpeachable piece of evidence:

All five of the Awan crew-----House Democrats' IT system administrators -------collectively logged onto the House Democratic Caucus system 5,735 times, or an average of 27 times per day, even though only one of them was officially authorized to do so.

Imran's wife is the only one officially authorized.....and she left an evidentiary paper trail. Alvi is on-record as having officiallyaccessed the House Democrat Caucus system just 300 times.

This is non-assailable, incontrovertible proof that the Awan team were intensely organized......they acted like a coordinated team working night and day to obtain sensitive intel.

The Awans were probably tasked by their handlers to obtain certain types of sensitive American intel....but they had so much access, the team took everything they could find.

When I was in college in the ‘70’s I several times saw college students light up a joint in front of a cop. They were insulted to get arrested because, “Everyone is doing it!” I think that our Democratic lawmakers were engaging in criminal behaviors and they made no effort to hide it because, “Everyone is doing it!” The IT scandal has the potential to destroy the Democrats in Congress. The people running the investigation don’t want this to happen, so they are marking time, legalistically moonwalking to show apparent progress to their superiors, assuming anybody is watching them. It would probably take Trump getting involved and replacing the entire investigation/prosecution team to achieve any action.

I can think of a reason why this might not happen. Trump faces Republicans who won’t support him. Now, suppose he can have somebody pay a visit to a whole bunch of Democrats and suggest that if they support him he won’t replace the prosecution team on the IT case...

NY Democrat Cong Yvette Clarke is only one of the Democrats exposed for Paki thefts.

(A) Clarke did not alert authorities to the huge amt of missing tech equipment that she had "written-off" to the tune of $120,000 tax dollars around Feb 2016.

(B) Clarke failed to mention the $120,000 worth of govt-issue tech equipment she ordered got delivered to Imran's home........not to her office.

(C) A Congressman's written request to House admin to sign away that much "lost" electronic equipment would have been “way outside any realm of normalcy,” particularly since Clarke's small office employed only 16 aides. The $120,000 tax dollars would have bought about 150 devices.

(D) Clarke's office failed to alert authorities until months later when House administrators told Clarke's office they were reviewing finances connected to the Awans.

At $800 each, Cong Clarke's $120,000 write-off would pay for 150 electronic items. Yet, Cong Clarke's office, according to payroll records, has only 16 employees......why did Clarke need so many electronics for that small staff?

Cong Clarke's request for the $120,000 write-off came around the time of that staffing change. but she (A) refused to tell a reporter which person signed the form, and (B) why they did not fire Abid Awan at that time, or (C) why they did not alert authorities (not reporting knowledge of a crime IS a crime).

The Daily Caller reported that Cong Yvette Clarke’s chief routinely called a House help desk to inquire about the write-off process but did not ever convey the highly unusual scale of the dollar figure, the official said.

NOTE: The missing $120,000 covers only Cong Yvette Clarke’s office. Democrats employing the Pakis have not been audited for similar patterns.......as yet.

TIMELINE-—APRIL 2016 THE PAKI SCAM SURFACES-—Alarm bells went off when House computer security officials reported “irregularities” in computer equipment purchasing......specifically, the theft of hundreds of thousands of dollars in US government property.

The initial evidence pointed to (a) five Paki IT staffers, and, (b) Congressional Democrats that employed them.

The Paki scam quickly exploded into:

<><> (C) placing ghost employees on the govt payroll,

<><> (D) stealing govt issue electronics,

<><>(E) submitting falsified documents to the US govt,
