I’ve said all along that it’s eventually going to happen, but it may take a long time. The biggest hurdle, as any credible expert in U.S. foreign policy will tell you, is that the formal legal status of Jerusalem really has to be resolved first.

Much like the election of Trump, I regard that assertion as the status quo's "excuse for failure."

Time for a new "expert."
