I had to pay a dollar to read the story so I didn’t, but if the headline is true this great news! I would say the best news I’ve heard in a long time but with President Trump that’s not true, I hear good news all the time, and I’m not tired of it!

I can’t even imagine what Hillary would have done over four or eight years. She was always the most strict Ayers, Alinsky, Soros, acolyte IMO.

She was also the “crime figure” between the two of them > again IMO. Nothing was too illegal or out of bounds for her. She just did what she wanted and our side gave her the latitude to do it freely.

She would have worked as an inspired crazy wingnut for the duration, 100% dedicated to destroying.

I know this is ‘out on a limb stuff’ because it is bandied about often enough by the Left talking of Trump, but > IMO < Hillary could have become a Hitler level person. She’s got all the characteristics of a person who knows no limits.

Her history is full of examples.

The unions won a big case only because the vote was even right after Scalia passed.

It’ll be fun watching the left’s reaction to this.

The State doesn’t have the right to take away constitutional rights from workers or employers any more so than any other constitutional rights.

It does matter. I worked for, not a member, a public employee union in CA for several years. They run the State.

I worked for a public employee union in CA for years, so I know how powerful they are. They basically run the State. Most politicians think if they can just accomplish one or two things during a term they’re doing good. President Trump does that and more in one week.

Although I generally loathe and despise unions, the feds have no constitutional authority to regulate states here. The feds need to butt out. This is an issue of constitutionally sovereign states not a federal issue.

The States have to obey the First Amendment just as much as the federal government must obey it.

Collective bargaining in the public sector should be outlawed. The taxpayer is NOT representated.

Nice to have a constitutional lawyer aboard, but go back to law school.

State government forcing it's people to pay some favored 3rd party as a condition of employment is unconstitutional on its face.

If he attacks Unions, he’s a out in 4.

That's what they said about Walker when he went after them in the most heavily unionized area imaginable. They were wrong and so are you.

The union bosses hate him anyway, but f**k them. The rank-and-file will have no problem opting out.
