Rep. Jim Jordan asks FBI director Christopher Wray whether Peter Strzok, the FBI agent who was fired by the Mueller investigation for sending "anti-Trump text messages," was involved with getting a warrant to spy on members of the Trump campaign. Jordan posits that Strzok was the agent who used the Steele dossier to obtain a warrant from a FISA court to spy on members of the Trump campaign --snip-- "And if this happened, if you have the FBI working with the Democrats' campaign, to take opposition research, dress it all up and turning it into an intelligence document to take it to a FISA court so they can spy on another campaign, if that happened, that is as wrong as it gets.."

The FBI and the DOJ conducted liberal fascist gestapo espionage against the Trump campaign and transition, continuing on trying to establish a coupe of a duly elected president via extortion.
That’s far more than violation of the Hatch Act and the Anti-Deficiency act, its outright espionage. I would say that the RICO statute applies, or even 18 U.S. Code § 798 - Disclosure of classified information ( Faked Steele Dossier).
