Rosenstein REFUSES TO ANSWER!
truthfeednews ^ | AMY MORENO | AMY MORENO

Deputy AG Rosenstein knows whether or not the FBI paid for the Trump-Russia dossier.

He knows.

But, he’s refusing to say.

How crooked is THAT?

The Deputy AG was asked pointblank, and responded with “I am not in a position to answer that question.

Rosenstein, who was grilled by the House Judiciary Committee, suggested that he knew the answer to the question, which was posed by Florida Rep. Ron DeSantis.

“Did the FBI pay for the dossier?” DeSantis asked.

“I’m not in a position to answer that question,” Rosenstein responded.

“Do you know the answer to the question?” the Republican DeSantis followed up.

“I believe I know the answer, but the Intelligence Committee is the appropriate committee…” Rosenstein began.

DeSantis interjected to assert that the Judiciary panel has “every right to the information” about payments for the dossier.

Congress has long questioned the Justice Department and FBI over whether payments were made for the Trump dossier, which was written by former British spy Christopher Steele and funded by the Clinton campaign and DNC.

Wrong, Sessions recused himself to give plausible deniability to the complicity of congress in bringing Trump down.

Sessions is a traitorous A$$hat. He should be fired, but he has the protection of congress...who will impeach Trump if he tries.

Checkmate.

Could be. But we still don’t know. For instance, how do we know that Steele didn’t have a greater/different role than the one that’s being suggested/alleged? We just don’t bloody well know. And I’m concerned that if folks just believe what’s being spoon fed to them, they’ll only look for evidence that fits the prevailing theory and not the theory that fits the evidence.

Congressional “hearings” are basically illegitimate and should end in this matter.

Interpreting Rosenstein’s response is sort of like interpreting what you see on CNN.... whatever they are saying, you can believe the opposite to be true. In the case of Rosenstein’s non-answer, it is clear what the correct answer is. If the FBI wasn’t funding it, would we really expect him to give the same non-answer?

He thinks he is more powerful than the Congress and needs to be fired.

Pardon my intrusion.

On top of that he has implications to Uranium One and wants the obfuscation in that matter to continue unabated.

“thousands of great professional operatives at the FBI?

And not one had the patriotism to drop a dime on these criminals?

Yep, the FBI has lost all moral authority, and they did it to themselves.

Swamp creature no longer applies to the government. They are traitors, advocating the overthrow of the government. As far as the “Congress” is concerned, they represent their own interests, not ours.

The traitors WANT a Civil War in order to destroy our form of government. Lock and load.

Does he have a single bullet in his shirt pocket, just like Barney Fife? Ill-equipped to be in this position.

“I believe I know the answer, but the Intelligence Committee is the appropriate committee…” Rosenstein began.

The proper response to that would be: "I didn't ask your opinion about that. I asked you a different question. Answer it or else!"

Yep, he should’ve been the first. They probably have enough on him now to send him to the slammer.

Let’s review: per Constitution, the House initiates all spending bills.
The House Judiciary Committee has oversight responsibility for the Department of Justice.
How can it be inappropriate to answer House Judiciary Committee questions about DoJ spending? I doubt that “partisan politics” is an approved appropriation item.

Rosenstein should not have been allowed to leave the room without a clear answer or his resignation. He just groped the committee and they were too weak to resist.

That said, his implied answer is YES. If the answer is NO, he wouldn’t be constrained from saying so.

“I understand Sessions recused himself in an effort to do the right thing.”

Right thing for whom? Trump? The administration? The nation. For Sessions?

Sessions exalted himself above everything and every concern. He should reverse course, resign, or be fired.

Foolish me, I'm still waiting for the mass resignations that supposedly were to follow Comey's exoneration of Hillary Clinton.

Until these GOPer led committees grow a set and use their power to find witnesses in contempt and haul them out of the hearing room, we’ll never know what happened. These deep staters have no fear of congress.

"Once the Russian narrative is disproved, Sessions no longer has to be recused from this whole mess. This is why the left needs this narrative to continue."

Yeah, because Sessions is like a caged lion just waiting to get free. < /sarc>
