There are probably a dozen “plans” to damage the Norks missle capability. This article is an easy guess. I am sure they have had contingency plans to attack North Korea, since the 50s. They also have contingency plans to attack every country on earth.

“Leaked” by the military to give some sleepless nights to Rocketman Kim. They will not do this—any strike will be unexpected and quick—shrouded in mystery. Was it an accident? Was it sabotage by Japan, Rebels, Anti-Kim military factions, South Korea, China? Russia? Who Knows?
