People should begin to recognize that yesterday was Stalingrad for the 'rats. It's all over now - just a function of time to mop up opposition.

Sure, it will still take time, and patriots will still incur casualties and losses, but the end game is clear to anyone paying attention. Why were the allies already conducting post-war planning sessions long before 1945?
