I agree. It may be killing him, but he seems to realize that Trump is doing great things and he is helping out for the most part. His ambition has undoubtedly not been satisfied yet, and if Trump were to fail spectacularly, he would consider 2020, but most likely he is looking at 2024, when he will still be fairly young.
