The hat—Re Sam Spade, Bogart, Indy Jones, etc.—is said to have disappeared in the USA in the ‘60s......some say due to JFK setting the trend for no hat! Others site the arrival on the scene of “compact” cars (Ford Falcon, Cheb Corvair, Valiant, Etc. w/restricted headroom.

Trump is in and the people that hate him are out.
The RINO’s and Neocons appear to be working with Donald Trump right now, those Never Trumpers of the Establishment getting some things they want, understanding re-election in 2018 is dependent upon a “united front” between RINO Establishment and Trump.
I’m glad Trump was in the room with them on the tax bill just passed.
It would have been worse if Trump wasn’t there to modify the impulses of the Establishment on taxation.

That’s the one line of the article I disagree with: the supposedly rude and crude Trump doesn’t offer the finger. It was the refined and elite Obama who was repeatedly photographed while displaying the sole middle digit.
