You can’t arrest him just for holding the sign. But there’s no reason you can’t stand next to him with a sign that says “Kill a douchebag” and has an arrow pointing in his general direction. The same freedom of speech that protects him also protects him. And makes him a laughingstock.

While not nearly egregious as that @hole with the sign, I'd bet dollars to donuts that someone goofy enough to hang all that crap in front of their windshield can also be seen yakking on a cell phone most anytime they're behind the wheel.

Additionally, in most states that sign would be seen as 'making terroristic threats', constituting at least a mid-level misdemeanor.

Orange Park, near Jacksonville, also sometimes referred to as the west side, is not one where I would cause a ruckus were I a BLM supporter. I live in the adjacent county.
