'No Wall, No DACA' - Trump Speaks from Camp David

Start by elimination of the DACA executive order from Obama.
Next, we begin deporting 10,000 DACA a month while we negotiate.
This will get everyone concerned to put some pep in their step.
Don’t want to negotiate, fine! We start deporting 50,000 a month.
This is what we want:
Deport all illegal aliens
No chain migration
No visa overstays
If we have to find you for deportation, you can never come back
The border wall will be completely funded, installed, and funded for DACA deportation to stop.
All remaining shall:
Read, write, and speak English
Submit and pass a physical/ psychological exam
No criminal record
Never used ANY social services
Must have a needed service to the USA that can’t be filled by an American
Must have a sponsor
Can’t vote or use social service for 10 years
Any arrest or convictions result in deportation

Am I understanding this right - he only wants 1/4 of a wall now and will wait 10 years for It? Ending the deadline after He’s out of office sounds fishy. So does the wall length
