Derbyshire calls this the crime of noticing. It's racist to notice, for example, that third world immigrants are accessing the welfare system at a rate greater than the native population; or that most terrorism is Muslim related; or that black crime is way out of proportion compared to the general population. But when you have skin the game, all but the most brainwashed lib will notice. That is why every city in America is segregated, and busing failed. Hell, even black people notice and will move away if they can afford to.
