There are two sexes.

Yes, male and female.

He’s a man.

Not much of one, besides, it denies it, itself. (that it's a MALE)

Is that confusing?

Only to "it".

Besides, if you want to be technical about it EVERYONE is a man (genus-species Homo sapiens) both male and female.

What is to stop Congress from passing a law that says nobody may be an officer under the United States unless they are a military veteran? That would prevent the current president, current vice president, most of the cabinet, and a good percentage of the House and Senate from running again would it not?

Yeah, but they didn't did they.

Under your interpretation of the law that is.

I didn't write, sign or "interperet" it. I just reported it.

Statutory law cannot override the Constitution.

No, but it supersedes Maryland law regarding federal offices.

I guess you'd better get busy and generate a lawsuit, take it all the way up to the Supreme Court and have it declared un-Constitutional.

What Maryland law is that?

And rob you of all the fun? I wouldn't dream of it.

Shades of Leslie Perez (originally Leslie Douglas Ashley), a convicted murderer from Houston TX. He won the Democratic Party Chair for Harris County, TX back in the late 80’s, at which point that I concluded that the Democratic Party was hopelessly reprobate. He also was in a runoff election against Ken Bentsen for a Congressional seat in Houston.

If Bradley Manning wins the Senate seat for Maryland, the Freak State, I write off Maryland even for business.

That’s right, I called him Bradley Manning.
HIS NAME IS BRADLEY! XY, not XX!

The one mentioned in post #10. I assumed you knew what we were talking about.

And rob you of all the fun? I wouldn't dream of it.

We shall see Your Honor, we shall see.
