What if they shut down the government, ordering all NON-ESSENTIAL personnel to stay home, and while they're out, President Trump orders their desks, phones and computers removed and the locks changed?
Isn't that basically what we've been fighting for all these years?

President should make it known that there will be NO BACK PAY for any work not done. It should not be a paid vacay for anyone!
