Politicians should be arrested for passing laws allowing them into this country in the first place

Let’s see how Tom Donahue prevents this.

A not insignificant percentage of Freepers support state nullification of federal law.

Apply section 3 of the 14th! They’ve removed themselves from office and barred themselves from future office absent 2/3 vote of Congress. It is NOT limited to Lincoln’s Civil War and it applies to all 3 branches of government at Federal AND State levels. Read it, then wake up Sessions. Might also be considered for use against state pot legalization, but there the 10th questions whether the Feds deserve jurisdiction. Immigration jurisdiction is explicitly Federal in Article 1. Moreover, by applying their rules equally , or even superiorly for non-citizens, compared to citizens, they are abridging the privileges and immunities of citizens of the United States, violating section 1 of the 14th, which explicitly states it is not an even playing field for citizens vs others. Left loves to twist the 14th to its ends. Let them choke on its real words, written by real, Radical Republicans. Section 5 provides Congress can enforce this through legislation. Doesn’t require the weak sisterhood or Ryan and McConnell to act. Just requires dusting off the Radical Republican era enabling legislation from Reconstruction, waking up Sessions, and Trumps’ MAGA cajones.

It's about freakin time.

It's PAST freakin' time. I wanna see the mayors of San Franpsycho, L.A., NYC, and all the other lunatic cities who put the feeding, breeding, and rights of total non-citizens of the U.S. ahead of U.S. citizens who are forced to pay for it all. Just the idea of doing that is outrageous. Borders and sovereignty have to mean something. They can take this "globalist" crap and shove it. All that amounts to is a scheme to redistribute wealth. And I ain't no commie!

Judge Napolitano said they could not be prosecuted because they were not “harboring”

Our law makers have no courage to send law breakers to jail... they will start changing the laws

Arresting a few Mayors would be Donald Trumps Air Traffic Controller moment.
