It now appears the Devlin in question is former Wall Street Journal National Security reporter Devlin Barrett, currently with The Washington Post.
Heres why? On October 28th, 2016 (as above), at the exact time the re-opening of the Clinton investigation hit the media news-cycle, Page and Strzok were texting. From the released messaging we see at 5:19pm Lisa Page is on the phone with Devlin:
♦Page: 5:19pm Still on the phone with Devlin. Mikes phone is ON FIRE.
♥Strzok: 5:29pm You might wanna tell Devlin he should turn on CNN, theres news on.
♦Page: 5:30pm He knows. He just got handed a note.
♥Strzok: 5:33pm Ha. He asking about it now?
♦Page: 5:34pm Yeah. It was pretty funny. Coming now.
At 5:36pm Devlin Barrett tweets: per sources...
This is how these two racked up 50k texts. They were chatting all day long.
Didn’t they do any work?
It's called "Goverment Work"
Bump!
bttt
This was the Obama Administration's Definition of work.
As in “Good enough for government work”.
Text, surf the web, take long lunches, come in late, leave early .. as long as you don’t hurt anyone’s feelings, you’re copacetic.
It’s like owning your own business, except business owners don’t do those things as a matter of course and wouldn’t put up with them in an employee.
I don’t care about how they did it. I want to know what is going to be done about it. Long past time for all these daily tidbits and teases to stop and for substantive action to occur.
As walls close in on FBI, the bureau lashes out at its antagonists!

There are two overarching issues.
First, theres the alleged improper use of politically-funded opposition research to justify secret warrants to spy on U.S. citizens for political purposes.
Second, if corruption is ultimately identified at high levels in our intel agencies, it would necessitate a re-examination of every case and issue the officials touched over the past decade or two under administrations of both parties.
This is why I think the concerns transcend typical party politics.
It touches everybody. Its potentially monumental.
This week, the FBI said it was unfair for the House Intelligence Committee not to provide its memo outlining alleged FBI abuses. The committee wrote the summary memo after reviewing classified government documents in the Trump-Russia probe.

Exactly.
My wife is a retired grand mother with a lot of relatives, friends and church group friends.
She texts a lot with all of the above.
I buy her a 1,000 to 1,500 Texts every 2-4 months from Tracfone, and she has only run out prepaid texts once in several years.
Thanks MNDude. There's nothing controversial about those two -- THE DEBATE IS OVER.
The text messages:
Jail them all.
Like a couple of teenage girls.
Bump! To paraphrase her, if they did this now, how many times have they done this in the past? So I will add this: How many convictions over the decades have been tainted with false information being inserted into search warrants? How may convictions have been obtained by perjured courtroom testimony?
They cheated and linked to the Cuckold News Network
while screwing on the Deep Web ON PAY TIME
with kidnapping, child rape, sedition, and
obstruction of justice.
Good thing they were paid off by the Clintons and
other countries, ... or they would be in jail.
FBI, high criminals and their prestitutes.

Basically any convictions where the defendants didn’t plead guilty or “nolo contendere” based on FBI/DOJ findings in the past two decades could be set aside.
If they tried to lynch candidate/President Elect/President Trump, surely they would lynch anyone else they wanted to.
