Questioning Assumptions – Revelations of Key FBI Officials Leaking To WaPo Should Cause Review trunc
CONSERVATIVE TREEHOUSE ^ | 1/26/2018 | SUNDANCE

With the latest information revealing that FBI Agent Peter Strzok and DOJ/FBI Attorney Lisa Page were specifically leaking to their media sources to shape the underlying story of their political efforts, everything presented by the recipients of those leaks should now be questioned.

Page and Strzok were the “sources” for stories written by Devlin Barrett of the Washington Post.

As such, obviously the network of Page and Strzok’s professional colleagues, would also be considered part of a grouping of people who would benefit from specific leaks intended to shape the stories.

One of those initial stories was a December 2nd, 2017, WaPo outline describing Page and Strzok against the backdrop of the DOJ Inspector General Horowitz investigation.

The Washington Post presented the story of Lisa Page and Peter Strzok having an affair to the world.

That data on Strzok was incredible.

Your comment breaks this down into a clearer reality of these two seditionists.

“Given the conspiracy, that would be more honestly a “single source” - the same source of so much.”

The irony about this whole Russian collusion/Hillary e mail FBI/DOJ affair is had Trump not fired Comey this entire
FBI obstruction and misuse of process would never have come to light had Trump not been investigated for collusion through a special prosecutor. But the Dems thought they had an opportunity to burn Trump with the phony Russian collusion/obstruction charges and harp for a special prosecutor. And now the tables are turned and eventually will result in a special prosecutor looking into Comey/Lynch and Obama administration complicity in stacking the deck and obstructing justice and possibly resurrect the Clinton e mail investigation with fresh eyes. Karma can be a beatch

"They are not elected, so this back channel influence-peddling and blackmail operation is how they operate. There needs to be serious discussion on disbanding them."

Ok DR, if that is correct, how about this...

We have 16 Intel Alphabet Soup agencies, some say even the CIA is involved with this Dossier Mess and I wouldn't be surprised if some other of the 15 were too.

In a tight market or a tightly run company their are 2.5 to 3 suppliers for a given part that company uses. The 2.5 is the small guy who shouldn't even be in the business, but let that go.

So tell me how the 16 shouldn't be combined or downsized to 2.5 or 3?

The jest of the story is.....Strzok and Page may be leaking to a particular reporter first working at the WSJ and then when he was at WaPo. But what they have leaked is NOT critical of Trump. In the one case it is the PAC money to McCabe's wife and in the second case it is the story of their romance.

I've often wondered about the whole romance story which has been repeated hundreds of times, as if it really matters. Just a salacious little note to keep us interested in reading these texts perhaps? You never see any terms of endearment interlaced in the text messages which strikes me as very odd. 50k messages and not a single XOXOX tacked on? The purpose of them leaking their own romantic involvement to a WaPo reporter is confounding and seems positively bazaar to me. Why would they ever do this? And if they really are lovers they are the coldest two people on the planet. Could it all be a cover story for something else going on?

This thing will start to explode when Stozok and Page take the fifth followed by Bruce Ohr of DOJ taking the fifth. Congress is not a prosecutorial entity and cannot get them to flip on higher ups. There will be a call from Congress for a special prosecutor appointed when they start pleading the fifth to get them to flip on McCabe and then take it up to food chain thru Comey and Lynch and potentially higher up.

Are there “affair” type texts? Were they really having an affair or is that cover for something?

Criminal activities by so called governmental agencies like what we are now seeing unfolding before or eyes has been happening since JFK was killed and LBJ became president.

It will take years if not decades to get to the bottom of it and do what you want.

The best opportunity we have re surviving as a country rests in the hands and will power of the man below.

So sit back and relax and support him as he does what needs to be done.

Yes Jim, the family tree of Peter Strzok is very interesting with a lot of interesting coincidences of family history.

Congress created some Frankenstein monsters that are now grown into unstoppable secret police leviathans capable of blackmailing every congressmen into submission.

Or at least enough of them to swing every vote in the favor of the omniscient permanent deep state, directed by the corrupted intel agencies, the DOJ, FBI, IRS, etc.

If congress can't bust up the Clinton-Obama National Criminal Cartel, our country is finished. If they can eject Trump and continue "business as usual," we are done.

Couldn’t Jeff Sessions (perhaps at the President’s direction) require all senior DOJ and FBI leaders to undergo a lie detector test

Aldrich Ames passed two lie detector tests.

Polygraph tests are notoriously unreliable at actually detecting lies, particularly among sociopaths and people experienced in taking them, like FBI employees. A successful polygraph test also has the dangerous effect of giving a guilty person the perception of innocence by outsiders.

It is effective in getting normal folks scared enough to confess to stuff, sometimes even confessing to crimes, but very rarely the actual criminal or treasonous activity being sought after initially.

“Weasel Mueller is still leaking with no penalty”

There is no controlling legal authority that’s not loyal to the left. The swamp is made up of 100% Hillary voters, within the margin of error. That’s total and complete corruption.

"Are there “affair” type texts? Were they really having an affair or is that cover for something?

I'm inclined to believe the later. OR maybe the recent messages ...that Strzok honestly didn't want to be on the investigation at all, was the reason for some of it?

What actual evidence of a prosecutable crime have we found in the messages? He called the future president a naughty name? They wanted Hillary to win? That may be inappropriate but is it criminal? You could read that stuff on a hundred different signs during the women's march last week. Were any of those folks arrested? They discuss that Loretta Lynch knew the outcome of the e-mail investigation early in July when Comey was insisting to Congress he hadn't made up his mind yet. Is lying to Congress about the date he made his decision actually a criminal offense?

If the messages lead us to solid evidence of a criminal act, a conspiracy or some such it has maybe served a purpose. But I gotta wonder some days with all the flash and bang about the messages...where's the beef? Find me some actual criminal act which we have been led to by all this messaging garbage. Maybe this latest batch supposedly lost and now discovered by the IG will lead us somewhere solid, or maybe not.

Or is this just one big charade all along?

Whistle blower protections were just revised last week, IIRC...

saw a doc displayed here on FR..

Yes, I agree; demand all DOJ/FBI employees take lie detector tests and televise them for all of us ‘deplorables’ to enjoy!!!
