The assertion on the face is that the FBI stories and Steele stories can't be reconciled, therefore Steele must be lying.
More likely it is the FBI account that is false.

Hiding from tough questions... is no way to reassure the public.
In this release, late last week, Grassley accuses the FBI of stonewalling and lying in order to prevent the public from seeing the contents of the referral.
Grassley a few weeks ago cited criminal referral for Steele to FBI...when in fact it was FBI members....most likely Page or Strzok or McCabe states in FISA court that the dossier wasn’t spread around to the media. Grassley called their bluff....that these inconsistencies therefore must be from Steele or FBI. They did it!!!

Sen. Grassley on Judiciary is not a coverup artist like Sen. Burr on Intelligence. The DOJ and FBI have lied to and stonewalled him. Big mistake. He can even guilt DiFi and Linda Graham into supporting truth.
