An attorney wrote.....”It is important to remember that FISA courts are not like other courts; there needs to be ‘specific evidence’ of a particular national security threat to circumvent regular federal courts.... It is a HIGHER standard because ‘its jurisdiction is LIMITED’.....

If I were a FISA judge, I would be highly upset with lies and omissions.

A while back this was on FR:
https://theconservativetreehouse.com/2017/12/07/federal-fisa-judge-recuses-himself-from-michael-flynn-case/comment-page-1/

Discussion was if he recused because he was the FISA judge on the case. I really don’t know if one judge or 4 were involved though.

Will it take 100 million Americans assembling
peacefully on Washington to move the pendulum
towards justice?

Count me in!

If what is stated in the memo is true, there is a repeated crime of perjury and obstruction of justice. That qualifies as a RICO crime. The Trump administration should immediately appoint a special prosecutor.

The American Bar Association is a left-wing voluntary association. It has no state power.

The bar disciplinary counsel of the jurisdictions in which these lawyers practice could sanction them for dishonest conduct.

Someone would have to file complaints with the relevant offices.

Nobody is going to hang for this. Nobody. There will not be a single arrest, let alone any consequences. The corruption is too deep.

Our nation is a goner.

Hang on.

I thought when applying the rationale necessary for a warrant, the officials sign an OATH saying the supporting material is true and factual. So if they signed an oath, and I believe they did...

That’s direct perjury.

They should be but they won’t.

not from this lifeless memo. it was public knowledge and our doj under sleepy sessions is complicit and protecting the swamp.

it will take a 3% armed march on washington to make changes.

What if they’re corrupt too? Many are Clinton and Obama appointees.

The judge(s) of the FISA court who approved the surveillance warrant(s) based upon their sworn evidence.

Xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

It was reported today by Rush that the FISA court judge was not in on it & did not know the dossier was a fraud.

Everyone else at justice & fibbers all knew it was fake

Which brings me to one question: did mccain also know it was fake?

Or was he & the FISA judge both unaware that they were being played??

Remember, it was mccain that delivered the fraudulent dossier directly to FBI.

Also remember mccain sent his man to london to pick the dossier up from steele.

Is mccain being duped by the secret society? Or is he part of the sedition too

PS: mccain was quoted today saying to the effect: “both republicans & democrats should quit bickering & let the special counsel continue to do his job on the russian investigation”

But they didn’t need a referral to make this statement:

I have not heard them make a statement about all the illegal activity going on here. And don’t think that I ever will.

Cheer up!

The House FICA Memo is just the barest of beginnings.

This Democrat criminal activity will play out in complex detail and end in indictments and convictions--but the curtain won't come down on this political drama for at least two years.

Check the new Senate players entering the arena now that the Republican House has fired its opening salvo.

The Republican Senate opens fire with a brand new Memo..

The Republican Supreme Court lies waiting way, way down the road.

Sorry, henbane, the children of FR must have their gratification, and they must have it NOW! The computer generation of instant gratification has no concept of the long game.

Fast and Furious wound up arming terrorists overseas. The NDAA passed in !2/2017 provides for indefinite military detention w/o charge or trial any person labeled as a belligerent - including US citizens.

So, it might be possible to call some of the Obama/HRC cabal enemy combatants. Just sayin’
