Saudi prince and others on floor above, FBI huffing it in the casino, all the weapons, window view, shots at the fuel tanks...too many oddities.

Re: fall guys.

IMO just a distraction. But the FBI found out that distractions work. So if, in fact, the guy didn’t have the license, that still doesn’t make him a part of the terror act. And, if this was an FBI setup for him to be a fall guy, then of course the FBI would dig around until they found a patsy. they could point to.

Nope. Doesn’t wash with me. Unless this guy had knowledge of what Paddock (or whoever the real perp was) was planning, he is guilty of nothing more than “failure to get a building permit”.

This is one reason the goobermint likes to have millions of regulations. That always gives them ammunition to pin something on you or threaten you with. And another reason why it is so great that Trump is working hard to eliminate stupid regulations. (Not saying that you shouldn’t have a license to manufacture ammo. I’m agnostic on that.)

Your point about fall guys is well noted. Thanks.

Man, this whole situation just stinks to high Heaven. Something BIG is being covered up, IMHO.

Sure there is, as most likely it was an assassination attempt on crown prince Alwaleed bin Talal. Some of the details have been posted here a few times. And the powers to be are just feeding the public some fudged info, putting it nicely.

Have you done any reading about the theory that this was an assassination attempt on a Saudi prince - that failed? If you read a lot of the discussion and the actual facts, it strikes me as very plausible. FBI and/or CIA involved, but I’m not sure on which side.

>>Sounds like he sold legal tracer ammo to Paddock, but then the charged him with manufacturing armor piercing ammo. Typical poor excuse of a journalistic effort.

This is typical FBI work. The charges are meaningless, but they will interrogate him over and over until he says something that in inconsistent, which is “lying to the FBI” (a felony in the American Police State) and then they will dismiss the original charges and proceed with the lying felony.

“You need a license to manufacture ammo for sale. If this guy didn’t have it, he may be in trouble.”

Would that apply to selling reloads at gun shows?

WTF is "armor piercing ammo?"

Just about any center-fire rifle ammunition will "pierce armor."

Yes, I just discovered the assassination angle a few days ago; that’s why this article caught my eye.

we got along perfectly fine for 150 years without a Federal Secret Police. time to defund the FBI

M855 isn’t yet considered armor piercing.
Obama’s ATF tried to re-classify it as such, but the outrage from gun owners shut it down.

Yes. You have to have a license and pay the federal excise taxes on the ammo you manufacture (reload) if you want to sell it.

Reloading for personal use is not taxable and does not require a permit. Nor is reloading for friends and family. As long as you don’t charge for it.

Yes, I'm familiar with the Obama BATFE effort.

I was wondering what the 'journalist' or his source is calling 'armor piercing'. I suspect that they've promoted M855 to 'armor piercing' in the same way they've labeled every semi-auto AR variant an 'assault rifle'. And for the same purpose - to make it sound double-extra scary.

Read the article. He was MAKING armor piercing ammo at his home WITHOUT a LICENSE. Paddock went to his house to pick up some of it. AP ammo is bad stuff! Body armor is no protection against it.

Ok. Thanks.

I missed that.

Still doesn’t quite implicate him as a terrorist or co-conspirator or anything. And it still may be that he was set up as well as Paddock. (Just because someone is already a criminal doesn’t mean he can’t be set up. In fact, it would be much easier to set up a criminal than a straight arrow Sunday school teacher.)

Did you scroll down to the green pages where gaijin lays out someone's scenario as to what really happened, and why....involving the Saudi royals, who own some top floors of Mandalay Bay. It's interesting reading, if nothing else. Speaking of "gaijin", I was a gaijin myself back in 1958 to '61. 😎

Thanks.

The green pages hadn’t been posted at the time I posted, but I’d seen that before.

Yes, interesting and worth reading again. Thanks for alerting me to it. I find it very plausible.

Hale my brother!

Good post. I’m sure you’ve been noticing how much more brazen islam and the left have been getting. They don’t even really pretend anymore. I think that’s one of the worst parts. It’s insulting to see them thinking we’ll just roll over and take it.

I think everything is coming to a head. I have said that for years, but now there’s people waking up that I would never have guessed just a few years ago.

Men like you and I will be needed desperately soon.

God bless you.
