Freepers have been right about him all along.
If Gowdy is such a stand-up guy, why is he publicly praising the chief witch hunter on his way out the door?
Mueller is one of the dirtiest swamp things in DC.
The “true believers” refuse to allow reality to penetrate their bubble. Facts? WHAT FACTS they say. Gowdy is speaking in “code”, he’s letting us know that he’s XXXXXX ( fill in the blank.

Looks to me like Gowdy just ran up the #Resistance flag. I really can't read this any other way.
So many just absolutely REFUSE to see/hear reality and make excuses about what was so blatantly said by him and others recently.

He is not seeking re-election so the mask is coming off.
FWIW the story being leaked around the edges is that they have enough on Mueller for him to play their game and keep out of jail—though ultimately slink away disgraced when his role in the prior evil is known.
My fear is that they may think they have a handle on him, as they apparently thought they had a handle on Wray—when they themselves will still end up played.
