And just to kibitz, when dealing with a large crime syndicate, it’s important to arrest them all in one felled swoop.

A few loose ones can insure that witnesses become forgetful, unavailable, or quite, quite dead before the trials.

Strzok was fired from the Mueller team in June 2017. Page must have got the word that their phone texts were the reason why.

...not that I think the clinton crime syndicate would off anybody!

I didn’t say that.

Nope.

Not me...

You were just linked to the elements for prosecuting treason. That IS under the rule of law.

On this issue, you will never be able to sever the Court of Public Opinion from the legal processes. The public’s perception exists and will take a life of its own. It is not ‘revenge’. It is anger directed at the lack of exactly what you mentioned ‘The Rule of Law’.

When a killer is caught for unspeakable crimes, the public is angry and may appear to want revenge because of the anger. But it is not so much ‘anger’ as it is ‘hurt’. Anger follows Hurt. Revenge is inflammation. Justice is the healing treatment or cure. The Public wants justice served. It is not ‘revenge’, it is justice.

These bad actors of the so-called Deep State are guilty as hell of treason. They have hurt America. The public is hurt, the public wants justice.

Revenge is a short-term process of venting emotion. Justice is a process of establishing and maintaining order. The former may overlap the latter, but the latter endures whereas the former wanes.

Revenge v. Justice; don’t conflate the two - not too much. Separate the processes. Treason is a term used in the Constitution. By definition, it is a part of the Rule of Law.

When the charges of Treason are broken down into specific crimes and civil violations, of which there will be dozens at least, the court’s orderly process of trial will be seen by the world as an example of American Rule of Law. The term ‘Treason’ will be the headline, the general descriptor of those trials.

2018 is the unfortunate year in which the crime of treason has once again reared its ugly head.

The American public and its legal communities may have thought our advanced modern society had evolved past instances of prosecuting treason. Sadly, that is not the case.

And this treasonous episode is epic and enormous in scope.

I lay all of this at the abandonment of social mores as characterized by a masthead carved with symbolic scenes of Obama, the Clintons, and their collective cultural rot.

I would be very hard to convince that this would have festered to the level it has without Obama and Hillary on the scene.

Well, I sure would like it if I thought some cougars were about to spring. That is a comforting thought.

To be honest, I hate all this stuff.

I hate that the left (and the right as well to a lesser degree) has corrupted our government institutions, and to clean it up, we are going to have to drag our laundry through the mud to do it.

But I hate a lot, LOT worse not dragging it through the mud and leaving it the way the leftists did when Trump came into office.

As complex as this is they need to take their time getting it right so no one can slip out of the net due to a technicality.

You have to look further down the road. The deterrent effect of justice is much more powerful for maintaining the republic. When our enemies choose candidates we want the justice candidate, not the revenge candidates.

Trump is interesting. He campaigned on revenge, then won, flipped and chose justice. Revenge gets votes, no doubt about it. Justice maintains the republic, at least for now.

There’s also the added problem that Comey and his pals presided over major court cases such as the Benevolence International “terrorist charities”case, etc.
If he goes down then all those previously convicted people are going to go back to their lawyers and contest old verdicts...

“I now believe that this is misinformation. I know it sounds implausible at first, but think about.

Trump is playing the media and his enemies.

Trump is pretending to be angry with Sessions, and Sessions is pretending to be a man asleep and afraid.”

What convinced me was that this the only way to explain Trump’s own “inaction”. If Trump is so unhappy with Sessions, and Sessions is such a do nothing, then why is he still AG a year later?

Trump is not the type of man who sits there and lets his enemies destroy him. He fights and wins. So if it appears that he can’t get his AG to do his bidding, and helpless to fire him, then that is exactly how Trump wants it to appear.

You still seem to be twisting the process of prosecuting treason as a form of revenge. It is not. It is a prosecutable offense.

Treason will be prosecuted in court under the rule of law.

It will be seen by the world as the American civilization returning to its tradition as a stable republic under the rule of law.

Obama and Hillary, and all their cabal have made the United States a farce, a Banana Republic with nuclear weapons.

We are sadly now a Banana Republic.

The only way to turn that around is to prosecute the wrongdoers who have turned the nation into a Banana Republic.

To demonstrate to other nations that America has the ability to restore its stable image under the Rule of Law, a series of trials must be undertaken to display the process.

What are the crimes?

Crimes to subvert the Rule of Law, to subvert the Constitution, to effect a Coup d’Etat, to establish a one-party rule via blackmail, to establish a spy state, to promote a bought-for state run media. All of these are a betrayal of the Constitution which is Treason.

Perhaps these bombshells will awaken Jeff Sessions, known in Washington as the napster.

Nah. Rip Van Sessions only wakes up when there is a danger to the Deep State.

The ONLY reason Mueller fired Strzok is because Mueller WAS TIPPED OFF BY SOMEONE IN THE FBI that Congress had become aware of the texts..

Did Mueller tell Congress he fired Strzok? NO HE DIDN'T. Congress found out weeks later.

Mueller is a dirty rotten deep state weasel engaged in an effort to overthrow our duly-elected President.

to commit a task to someone, especially a subordinate
(computing, Internet) (of a subdomain) to give away authority over a subdomain; to allow someone else to create sub-subdomains of a subdomain of one’s own

I live where there are a lot of deer and plenty of cougars. I’ve only seen a cougar twice in 18 years, at at distance, while driving in the evening, it was crossing the road.

I’ve seen deer a gazillion times.

When walking around here, I always keep an eye in the back of my head for cougars, because I KNOW they’re there, I just don’t see them. Seen tracks and scat on my property (5 acres, BLM is just a short ways away) and heard them scream at night a couple of times. Don’t want to hear it again...

The gov is so rotten that it’s going to take an incredible, massive, long effort to expose, indict, charge, try, convict, and sentence the evil doers. It won’t always be pretty. But it HAS to be done.

One thing is, we will much more clearly see who the white hats and black hats are.

I am not discounting your assertion.

I too wonder what the hell is the deal with Sessions.

Only one little argument I’d toss to you and you tell me your thoughts....two words....

TREY GOWDY.

I just speculate here but maybe Trump wanted Gowdy, who is very handsome by the way, as AG and he’s waiting for Gowdy to resign and be able to take the position.

And don’t forget that Trey Gowdy is the handsomest of all the congress critters.

No, they failed. They used banana republic tactics to win and instead they lost. Revenge is nothing but another tactic. If we let revenge guide us then we complete the transition to banana republic.

Hypothetical world: Hillary has won. Someone in congress decides to investigate the FBI wrongdoing and winds up in Ft Marcy park. Treason and banana republic complete. However it's actually more likely she would have won and then gone down like Nixon. She has a lot of Nixon in her.

There's also not much doubt a number of the media is treasonous, but they have to clean their own house. Plus people here support all of the media with their cable dollars. If there's treason there it's because we support it.
